Harmony & Panorama Prenatal Testing
Rose MD offers on-site blood collection for Harmony Prenatal Test and Panorama Prenatal Test in Montreal.
If you already have a valid Harmony or Panorama requisition, you may book directly with our clinic for sample collection.
Appointments are available for both Rose MD patients and non-patients.
What are Harmony & Panorama Tests?

Harmony and Panorama are non-invasive prenatal screening tests (NIPT) performed through a maternal blood sample during pregnancy.
These tests screen for the probability of certain chromosomal conditions, including: - Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome)
- Trisomy 18
- Trisomy 13
- Testing may also provide fetal sex information. Harmony and Panorama are screening tests, not diagnostic tests.
Eligibility
- You may book this service if you:
- Have a valid Harmony or Panorama requisition
- Are at the appropriate gestational age indicated on your requisition
- Testing is typically performed early in pregnancy - commonly from approximately 10 weeks gestation for Harmony and 9 weeks for Panorama.
- If you are unsure whether you are eligible for testing, please confirm with the healthcare professional who ordered your test.

A valid Harmony or Panorama requisition is required to book.
Please bring your completed requisition to your appointment.
Rose MD provides sample collection only for this service.
If you do not already have a requisition, please speak with the healthcare professional managing your pregnancy before booking.

Harmony and Panorama are private-pay services.
These tests are not covered by RAMQ.
